Scope Of This Page
This page sets out how personal data is handled when you browse wilkinsonbrothersscrapmetal.co.uk, the official website of Seven Casino. Its scope is this website alone.
Registration, deposits, withdrawals and gameplay all happen on the Seven Casino gaming platform rather than on this site. You are never asked here to open an account, to log in or to supply payment details, and no page carries a form of any sort. Following a link through to the platform takes you off this website, and the platform's own privacy notice governs you from then on, in place of this one.
What Gets Logged Here
The machine that serves wilkinsonbrothersscrapmetal.co.uk keeps, as all web servers do, a short technical line for each request it fulfils. That line may hold:
- the time at which it arrived
- the page that was requested and how many bytes went back
- the page or search result that referred you, when your browser names one
- the browser and operating system your browser announces
- the IP address behind the request
These lines exist to deliver the site, keep it up and protect it from misuse, and they are never turned into a profile of you. This website stores no name, no address, no birth date and no payment details, because at no point does it ask for them.
Cookies and Measurement
This website sets no advertising or profiling cookies and hands your browsing to no advertising network.
Page views are counted by our own measurement tool, hosted by us rather than by a third-party network. For each view it records the address of the page, the page you arrived from, the page title, the size of your screen and the language your browser asks for, and it notes when a link to the gaming platform is clicked. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device, so it cannot follow you from this site to any other one.
When You Leave This Site
Buttons and links that offer to take you to Seven Casino send you to the gaming platform. We pass no personal data to the platform when you follow one — your browser simply asks for their address, and they then see the same technical details any website sees when a browser arrives.
The platform is a separate service with its own privacy notice, its own terms and its own registration checks. Read them before you open an account.
How Long It Is Held
Server lines are held only for as long as they help with security and with keeping the site up, and are then wiped or boiled down to counts that name nobody. No record of visitors is archived here, because there is nothing on this site to sign up to.
Why We Are Allowed To Do This
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the technical records described above are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering, securing and maintaining this website — Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR and of the GDPR.
The measurement described above writes nothing to your device, so it does not rest on cookie consent.
Who Else Sees This Data
The company that hosts this website processes the server records on our behalf, under contract, so that pages can be served to you. Beyond that, this website sells, rents and passes on nothing that it holds.
Data may be disclosed where a court, a regulator or the police requires it under the law that applies to us.
Adults Only
This website is for adults. Nothing on it is aimed at children, and the gaming service it describes is closed to anyone below the legal gambling age where they live.
What You Can Ask For
Data-protection law in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area entitles you to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict how it is used, to receive it in a portable format and to object to its use. A complaint to your national data-protection authority is also open to you.
Most of those rights bear on account data, which sits with the gaming platform and not with this website. Address any account request to the platform holding it, through the contact route it publishes.
Regarding the records held by this website itself, write to privacy@wilkinsonbrothersscrapmetal.co.uk.
When This Notice Is Revised
